The House

We want to rent our private home in Italy long term. Situated in a quiet and sunny forest mountain. Casa Ronchi is a rustic, but comfortable stone house in the mountain wood slope with 120 m² living space, with small workshop / studio, 30 m ² conservatory and approx. 50 m ² of sunny terrace. There is a big coach port for a big or, however, two small vehicles. The house can be heated with normal heating and/or with a modern wooden chimney stove and open fireplace. With a thick walls it feels pleasantly cool in summer in the lower area. Casa Ronchi is surrounded by nature and it is peaceful, it also has a natural spring water located about 100 meters from the house. The garden is 4000 m ² in the style of vineyard terraces. It has a small sauna which can be converted into a guest house (without sanitation) with a wooden terrace it makes a great place for breakfast or a cappuccino with a beautiful view of the village below. There are few footpaths around the forest which makes a great walk. For the water lovers, lago di Iseo is 15 minutes drive from the house. Casa Ronchi lies directly above the village in quiet forest mountain situation, practically without real neighbours, however it is not lonely. The house was design for a couple plus maximum 5 people as short-term guests. The house is complete and furnished tastefully with a complete kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stereo, small LCD television and W-LAN.

Situation / location

Forsto Sparso is a small dreamy Italian village at the foot of the Alps, 10 minutes drive to the north of the A4 Milano/ Venice. Foresto Sparso has about 2500 inhabitants, it can be describe as a cul-de-sac village which has a feel of tranquillity. The village has a library, town hall, police station, 4 coffee bars, 2 pizzaria one as a restaurant too, gift shops, chemist supermarket, corner shops, post office, dry cleaner , butcher, 2 football-grounds and a petrol station. It also has 3 catholic churches.

Additional costs /month

10,- euro household insurance, 30,- euro optional W-LAN connection, 30,- euro gas-all-inclusive from April to October, 100,- euro gas-all-inclusive from November to March. Final cleaning charge 100,- euro. A gardener looks after our forest-road leading to the house and the meadow surfaces around the house, no charge. 30% deposit of the whole rent. The rent and deposit is due in advance by completion of the contract.
